Six roofline systems, RAIN

GUTTERBUZZ, LLC delivers a complete roofline rainwater program from 12656 S 900 E, Draper. Each service below stands on its own, and together they keep water moving from the shingle to a safe discharge point. Request a survey →

What We Do

A full program for the eave line

The six services below cover the entire life of a roofline drainage system, from the first measurement through decades of seasonal maintenance. GUTTERBUZZ, LLC intends each one to be specified properly, installed precisely and documented clearly, so a property owner always knows the condition of the system that protects the building.

Service B

Seamless Gutter Installation

Seamless installation is the foundation of everything else we do. The GUTTERBUZZ, LLC truck carries a roll forming machine that produces half-round and box gutter profiles in continuous lengths on site. We measure the eave, the roof area, the pitch and the expected rainfall load, then size the channel to the water the roof will shed. Because the run is formed as a single piece, a fifty foot eave has no mid-span seam, which removes the joint that most often leaks on sectional systems. Hanger spacing follows the calculated load rather than a habit, with tighter spacing and fascia-screwed hidden hangers on long runs. At corners we fit brass joint collars that tolerate seasonal expansion without opening a gap, and we seal the outlets so the only openings in the system are the ones that are supposed to be there. The finished run reads as a clean, unbroken line along the fascia, and it performs as a single machine.

Service C

Gutter Guard Systems

A guard is only valuable if storm water still reaches the channel, so GUTTERBUZZ, LLC matches the guard to the canopy around the building rather than applying one product everywhere. Under pine and spruce we specify stainless micro-mesh panels that shed needles at the surface and resist corrosion for years. Under broadleaf canopy we often recommend a reverse-curve profile that lets leaves tumble off the nose while water follows the curve into the gutter. For mixed plantings we combine fine mesh sections over the runs that collect the most debris with open sections where water volume is highest. Every guard we install includes a leafgate latch detail, a small hinged access point that lets a technician lift the panel for inspection and flushing without tools or special equipment. We fasten panels so they cannot be lifted by wind, and we leave the drip edge clear so water does not wick behind the guard.

Service E

Seasonal Cleaning Crews

Even a well guarded gutter needs a seasonal rhythm. GUTTERBUZZ, LLC sends cleaning crews in early spring to clear winter grit, pollen and shingle granules, and again in late autumn after the leaves fall. Each visit follows the same sequence: scoop and flush the channel, rod and test every downpipe, verify the pitch of the run, tighten or replace any hanger that has loosened, and check the discharge point for erosion. The visit closes with a written condition note that records what the crew found and flags anything the owner should address before the next freeze. Over several seasons those notes become a maintenance history for the property, which makes each subsequent inspection faster and each repair smaller and better targeted. Cleaning is the least glamorous of the six services and the one that prevents the most expensive damage.

Service G

Downpipe Repair and Rerouting

The downpipe is where a roofline system hands water back to the ground, and it is where most systems quietly fail their owners. A discharge that lands two feet from a foundation sends water into the soil that holds the footing, and a leaking joint along the run soaks the wall behind it. GUTTERBUZZ, LLC repairs cracked sections, reseats loose brackets, seals leaking joints and, when the routing itself is wrong, reroutes the discharge to a safe destination. Depending on the site we install graded splash blocks, buried extensions, rain gardens or dry wells, and we confirm the fall of the pipe so water travels to the discharge point instead of pooling along the wall. For properties with chronic damp basements, downpipe repair and rerouting is frequently the single most cost effective improvement available.

Service J

Roofline Inspection Reports

Our roofline inspection reports are written for owners rather than for contractors. A GUTTERBUZZ, LLC technician walks the full eave line and records the condition of the channel, the hangers, the fascia board, the drip edge, the guards, the corners, every downpipe and every discharge point. Each finding is photographed and described in plain language, then ranked from routine to urgent so the owner can plan work against a real budget. For a buyer, the report provides an independent picture of the drainage system before closing. For a long-term owner, it becomes a work list that can be scheduled and tracked over time. We deliver the report as a document the owner keeps, and we are happy to walk through it by phone or in person to explain what each finding means.

Service N

Ice Dam Prevention

Utah winters build ice at the eave when warm air from the attic melts snow on the roof deck and the meltwater refreezes at the cold edge. The resulting dam pushes water up and under the shingles, where it finds the ceiling. GUTTERBUZZ, LLC approaches ice dams as a heat problem before a hardware problem. We review attic insulation and ventilation to reduce the melt that starts the cycle, then route heat cable along the critical eave, valley and discharge runs, sizing the cable to the roof rather than a guess. We plan the control strategy so the system runs only when it is needed, and we confirm that meltwater has a clear path to the ground once it leaves the roof. Prevention costs a fraction of the repair that follows a single serious ice dam.

How a Project Runs

From survey to signed-off rail

Every GUTTERBUZZ, LLC project follows the same four part sequence, no matter which of the six services is involved.

1

Survey and model

We measure the eave, roof area, pitch and discharge points, then model the water load before proposing any work.

2

Specify and price

We choose profiles, guards, hanger spacing and routing, then present a clear written scope with no hidden line items.

3

Install and verify

Crews form, hang and seal the system on site, then flush test every run and every downpipe before leaving.

4

Document and maintain

We hand over a written condition note and schedule the seasonal cleaning windows that keep the system working.
